Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of FatFolder (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service. By using FatFolder, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Credits and billing

• The Service operates on a credit model. One credit produces one finished video. Credits are provided through paid subscription plans and optional add-on purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not retroactively refund the current period.
• Unused subscription credits roll over while your subscription is active, up to the limit stated on our pricing page. Add-on credits do not expire while your subscription is active.
• If a render fails due to our systems, the credit is not consumed.

4. Your affiliate accounts and content

You are solely responsible for your Amazon Associates, Travelpayouts, and any other affiliate or platform accounts, and for complying with their terms. You must include all disclosures those programs and applicable law require. FatFolder inserts the affiliate identifiers you provide; you are responsible for their accuracy and for the content you publish.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to create or distribute content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates the terms of any third-party platform. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

6. Intellectual property

You retain rights to the products and inputs you provide. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a license to use the videos the Service generates for your affiliate marketing. The Service itself, including its software and branding, remains our property.

7. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third parties (for example, YouTube and affiliate networks). Your use of those services is governed by their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular results, earnings, views, or platform approval.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FatFolder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold FatFolder harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or any third-party rights.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with a revised date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing law
